Postage & Delivery
All orders are shipped from Queensland, Australia via a courier service such as Aramex/Fastway, TNT/Fedex or Australia Post/Startrack. We will select the best courier and delivery option based on the nature of your order. Standard postage is our default and most economical method, but certain products (oversized/heavy/unusual shaped) may require special/custom shipping.
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders where the entire order is in stock will be processed and shipped within 3 working days after payment is received (excludes made-to-order items). If the product is on back-order and needs to be replenished, it may take 1-2 weeks extra or we may partially dispatch your order and ship products that are in stock first. We will notify you when your order becomes available and shipped.
Items that are made to order or custom orders, such as Coral Art wall art, will be shipped after the products is made. Production times may vary depending on the item and it may take up to 3 weeks for some products to be hand made. We will do our best to send your order as soon as possible. You will receive emails notifications to help you track the progress of your order.
Delivery times are subject to courier postage times. Standard postage to most locations is typically 5-10 days, capital city deliveries will be faster. There may be unforeseeable circumstances causing delays that are beyond our control.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, order weight and size.
In general, we do not ship outside Australia due to the high postage costs. However, we may be able to accommodate some overseas orders, please contact us to discuss options.
Damages and Refund
Please inspect your order within one day of delivery and notify us of any damages, defects and discrepancies in your order within two days. If a replacement is required, we reserve the right to refund the value instead of re-sending the item. This is due to the high charge to send one or two items. Please contact us immediately if you find any damage to your order so we can arrange the best way to proceed. We will require a digital photo of the damaged products to confirm breakages prior to a replacement or refund. It is in our best interest to deliver our products in optimal condition and we pack orders with plenty of protective packaging to prevent damages during transit.
