Returns/Refund
Our policy lasts fourteen (14) days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately Peek A Blue can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please contact us at hello@peekablue.com.au to request a return authorisation. In your request please include the following details:
- Order number
- Contact name and phone number
- Reason for return/refund
Damages/Defect
While every effort will be taken by Peek A Blue to supply high quality shells and coral in an optimized condition, however due to the natural characteristic of the products, there may be variations of form, shape, quality, size, colour and appearance, or availability of this product between sale samples or photographs and the final product.
Please carefully inspect the goods on delivery and contact us within seven (7) days to advise of any defect, discrepancy in quantity or damage. Include digital photos of the damaged or defective goods where possible.
Subject to assessment of the goods, a partial or full refund may be issued or the item replaced or repaired at our discretion. You may also be required to return the defective or damaged goods.
A parcel tracking number the returned goods must be provided provided to Peek A Blue as proof of return.
Goods incorrectly ordered/Change of mind
Goods incorrectly ordered may be returned for credit within 14 days at your expense, subject to prior approval from Peek A Blue.
No returns or credits are permitted for goods where the buyer has changed their mind. The buyer will not be entitled to a refund of shipping costs.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace goods if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@peekablue.com.au with the reason for the exchange.
Gifts
If the goods was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned goods are received, a gift certificate will be provided to you.
If the goods was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
Goods to be returned should be shipped to our warehouse. We will provide shipping details when we have authorised your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your Goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged goods to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned Goods.
